Opportunities within the UK

Can you please complete this super quick survey for my masters research?

Hey lovely people, my name's Angela and I'm currently doing the research for my Masters in Environmental Management. As part of this I have a survey aimed at members of the Permaculture community in the UK.

If you could please take 3 minutes to complete the survey from the link below I would be extremely grateful.

(Just a note that I have sent a slightly different survey to teachers, so thank you if you have already done that one instead)

Market gardening apprenticeship, Manchester

Reddy Lane Market Garden has four paid apprenticeship positions for 2021 through the government’s Kickstarter scheme. The apprentices will be growing organic veg, packing veg boxes and helping with veg box delivery.

You must be aged 16-24 years old, claiming Jobseekers Allowance, and able to get to Reddy Lane (WA14 3RB) independently. The placements are for 25 hours a week, Tuesday-Thursday, for six months. The first two start in March/April (we are just waiting for the government to confirm a date), and the second two start in June.

Henbant Permaculture is looking for its 2021 team…

Henbant Permaculture is looking for its 2021 team…

Henbant is a beautiful, small, permaculture inspired and holistically managed farm between the mountains and the sea in North West Wales. We are creating an abundant ecosystem that provides food and fuel for the farm and our wider community and a space where people can come and work out what they need from the world and what they can offer back. The farm is becoming a working model of what a farm in the more beautiful world we know in hearts can exist would actually look like.

Opportunity for a family to live on our permaculture smallholding in Norfolk, in self contained annex!

We are looking for another family to join us on our smallholding to grow food, friendship and faith!

In July 2021, we have the opportunity for another family to come and live in the self-contained annex attached to our home, in Loddon, Norfolk.

It’s a single property split into two separate dwellings, each with its own kitchen, dining and living space. There is also a third self-contained studio room which we share. Everyone has access to the gardens and views of the land.
